End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Exacoustics. By installing our software you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound to these terms. If you do not agree to be bound to this EULA, you must cancel or remove any installation of our software. If you have purchased this software within the past 30 days, you should contact us immediately as you are eligible for a refund equal to the amount you paid.


  • EULA - End User License Agreement.
  • Exacoustics - refers to the business exacoustics (Tre Dudman) and any of its licensors.
  • Software - includes the executable computer programs supplied by Exacoustics and any related printed, electronic and online documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.
  • Licensee - the individual or entity that purchased this software.


  1. The Licensee may install and use this Software on a maximum of 2 devices owned by the Licensee unless otherwise granted by Exacoustics.
  2. The Licensee may not share, copy, broadcast, or distribute any part of this Software to a device not owned by the Licensee unless otherwise granted by Exacoustics.
  3. The Licensee may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, or translate into human readable form any part of this Software.
  4. The licensee may not resell, rent, lend, or transfer for value the use or installation of this Software to any third party unless otherwise granted by Exacoustics. If the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms within this EULA, Exacoustics reserve the right terminate this license and you must destroy all copies of the Software.


In no event shall Exacoustics be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages including, without limitation, any loss of data or profits that has arisen in any way out of use of this Software, even if advised by Exacoustics of the possibility of such damage.
